Customer Service

We aim for the very best customer service. We want all of our customers to be happy, and to recommend us to your friends. All products are quality checked by us before despatch, but we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt, and we will endeavour to settle any problems immediately.


Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act 2000, you may cancel or return goods within 7 days of receipt of them. If you wish to do this, you must write to us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and goods must be returned in brand new and unused condition. If you are returning them because you simply do not want them, then you are responsible for their safe return to us, and delivery costs must be borne by you (this is not the case if the goods are faulty or incomplete). Goods which are returned not 'as-new' are subject to a 25% restock fee. Goods which have been used may not be returned unless faulty. We reserve the right to decide whether or not the goods have been used.


Delivery

Goods are despatched using a third party courier, we aim for 48 hour delivery but please allow up to 5 working days. Normal courier delivery terms apply - a signature will be required on delivery. If goods have been damaged in transit, you must let us know within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement. All goods remain our property until payment has been received in full, they become your property at the point of delivery. All prices include VAT @ 17.5%


Payment

Online payment is handled by Paypal. We have no access to your credit card information, but we do require your name, address, email address and credit card details to be entered into the Paypal site so that payment can go ahead. Paypal is the leading secure online payment system, and you can be confident that your credit card details will be safe. If you are still not happy with this, you can call us (+44 (0) 7977 147690) with your details.


Warranty

Any goods which fail as a result of a manufacturing defect may be returned for replacement. This does not include any item which has been mis-used, or used for a purpose other than as a ground anchor for aircraft. Goods which have been damaged by you may not be returned for a free replacement.


Complaints

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the service we have given you, please contact us. We don't like unhappy customers, it does not sit well with our policy of offering the very best customer service. All complaints will be handled by Robert Hughes personally. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused as a result of you using goods supplied by us. All liability is extended to the cost of replacement parts for broken tiedowns, if the failure is as a result of a manufacturing defect. Your use of tiedowns supplied by us indicates your agreement with this policy.


Errors

All descriptions and photographs are for indicatory purposes, and we reserve the right to alter the specifications, prices or terms. If you place an order with us and we change the specification before despatch, we will contact you first to make sure you are happy for your order to go ahead.
